    proposed campus development
< >

Pundulmurra Campus was originally established as an independent Indigenous College, however the scope of its focus and activity has expanded to include tenancies for other education and training stakeholders. The Pilbara resources boom has provided unprecedented opportunities for employment for indigenous people in the region and the expected long term growth of the industry in the Pilbara means that the need for pre-employment training programs is also increasing. Additionally, it is important that Pundulmurra still has the capacity to provide for the community’s training needs and aspirations. The proposed development for the 18 hectare site comprises administration, serviced workshops, seminar spaces, library, canteen, horticultural nursery and work area, vehicle storage, infrastructure upgrade and general roadway system and associated parking areas. Stage One is currently under construction, you can find it here.
