APA were engaged to undertake preliminary master plan studies to inform the Institute’s development of a strategic infrastructure plan (SIP).  The SIP is intended to guide development of infrastructure for the next 10-20 years.  These campuses range in size from 4.0 hectares to 10.6 hectares and comprise the full spectrum of education facilities.  The master plans developed for each campus provide a strategic framework for development of new facilities, upgrade of existing buildings and demolition of redundant facilities.  Preliminary planning of road and car parking, pedestrian networks and landscape are incorporated within the overall site planning strategies.  Master plans are proposed with staged developments that identify a series of major projects associated with each stage of proposed growth.  Cost plans were also developed to accompany each of the master plan proposals.
