APA undertook a master plan design as part of a submission to the City of Geraldton-Greenough for their proposed new Municipal Depot project. The new Depot is proposed to be located on a greenfield site within an industrial park near the City’s airport. The site needed to be planned to provide clear identities for the Depot services that was different from the public / administration services. Car parking and road infrastructures, a nursery and dog pound are also incorporated into the site planning. Sustainability initiatives for rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling and supporting landscaping design are proposed for all facilities on the site.
